This champagne cocktail is refreshing and delightful. It’s also perfect for the holiday season and is festive with the addition of pomegranate seeds to the glass. I wouldn’t be able to rest if I didn’t tell you that this is another one of those sneaky drinks, so be very careful. Your Smiling Chef can only laugh so much!
Your Ingredients:
1 sugar cube 1 part pomegranate juice 3 parts champagne pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Drop the sugar cube into the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour the pomegranate juice over it and then the champagne.
Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass for garnish.
These nontraditional martinis make a fantastic holiday drink. They look good, they taste good, and gosh darnit, people like them!
These apple martinis are easy and simple to make. You can make just one, or you can make a pitcher full. Be cautious though. I’ve seen these sneak up on people. And it was pretty funny to watch.
Your Ingredients:
1 part Vodka 1 part Sour Apple Schnapps 1 part apple juice 2 apple balls, for garnish 1 sour apple hard candy, for garnish
Place the vodka, schnapps, and apple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Use a melon baller to make apple balls. (eat the rest)
Drop the apple balls and the sour apple hard candy in the glass before serving.
