This tasty Mexican Chimichanga recipe is very similar to making a burrito.   The major difference is that the burrito is not fried after assembling.

Here are the ingredients for your convenience:

4 Large Flour Tortillas
16 oz Chicken thighs, boned and skinned
½ cup (¼ pint) Refried Beans
½ cup (¼ pint) Chopped Onions
½ cup (¼ pint) Chopped Bell Peppers
½ tsp Chopped Garlic
¼ tsp Salt or to taste
Pepper to taste
Guacamole
Sour Cream
Pico de Gallo or Salsa
