I just couldn’t pass up sharing Chef Jean Pierre’s chocolate truffle recipe with you… I’ll need to make this one this weekend… it’s fast and easy. Who doesn’t love chocolate?
It’s unfortunate that Chef Pierre doesn’t include measurements for his ingredients. I think you should just judge the consistency of his final product by eye-balling your addition of the hot heavy cream to the amount of chocolate you’ll use.
I hope that you’ll try this delicious pickled shrimp salad. It’s light and tasty and makes a great summer salad. Serve with buttered, crusty French bread and lemonade. YUM!
Here’s a recipe for Chiles Rellenos that I hope you’ll like. Although I’ve never tasted this dish (or tried to prepare it), a friend sent me this video and labeled it "yummy."
